Hushia ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by Bilal İyisoy. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number).
• We do not record or access your microphone audio (cry detection runs entirely on-device).
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA).
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Sound mixes: Your saved sound combinations and volume preferences.
• Sleep records: Session duration and sound usage history.
• App preferences: Timer settings, theme preferences, and other settings.
• Streak data: Your consecutive usage days for motivation tracking.

3. HealthKit Data

If you grant permission, Hushia reads sleep data from Apple Health to provide a Sleep Score and sleep quality insights.

• We only read sleep data — we never write to HealthKit.
• HealthKit data is processed entirely on your device.
• We do not store, transmit, or share HealthKit data.
• You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access.

4. Analytics

We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-friendly, anonymous usage analytics.

• No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
• No device fingerprinting or cross-app tracking.
• Data is aggregated and anonymous (e.g., "50% of users set a 30-minute timer").
• TelemetryDeck is GDPR compliant and does not require consent dialogs.
• No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is needed.

We track only aggregate usage patterns such as: which sounds are most popular, how long timers are set, and feature usage rates. We never track content you create or health data.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

6. Cry Detection (Baby Mode)

The cry detection feature uses on-device audio classification:

• Audio is processed in real-time on your device only.
• No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• The feature requires microphone permission, which you can revoke at any time.

7. Mix Sharing

When you share a sound mix, a URL is generated containing only the sound IDs and volume levels. No personal information is included in shared links.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Baby Mode feature is designed for parents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal information.

9. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Deleting the app removes all app data from your device.
• There is no server-side data to delete.
• You can reset app data at any time in Settings within the app.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
