By downloading or using Hushia ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hushia, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Hushia is a sleep sounds mixer app that allows users to combine ambient sounds, set timers, and track sleep patterns. The app is available on iOS devices and works entirely offline.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
Free Tier
- 15 ambient sounds
- Up to 3 simultaneous sound layers
- 30-minute timer maximum
- 1 saved mix
- Basic sleep stats
- 4-7-8 breathing exercise
- No advertisements
Premium Tier
- 70+ sounds, unlimited layers, unlimited timer
- Baby mode, widgets, breathing exercises
- Sleep Score, Sleep Lab, HealthKit integration
- Import custom sounds
- All future content updates
4. Subscriptions & Payments

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.
5. User Content
You may import custom audio files into the app. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import. We do not access, review, or store your imported content beyond your device.
6. Intellectual Property
- All sounds, designs, code, and content in Hushia are owned by Bilal İyisoy or used under license.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
- Shared mix links are for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hushia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The app will improve your sleep (results vary by individual).
- Sleep Score or Sleep Lab data constitutes medical advice.
Not Medical Advice: Hushia is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Sleep scores and statistics are for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional for sleep disorders or medical concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bilal İyisoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Baby Mode & Cry Detection
- Baby Mode is designed as a supplemental tool for parents and should not replace direct supervision of infants.
- Cry detection is provided as a convenience feature and may not detect all sounds. It is not a substitute for a baby monitor or parental attention.
- Volume in Baby Mode is capped at 65% for infant safety.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Active subscriptions will be honored through their current billing period.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
